To provide assistance for our genealogy researchers, the Jackson County Library has purchased a subscription to Heritage Quest which will enable you to log in from your home computer and search the resources of ProQuest, a subsidiary of Ancestry. Ancestry is for use in the library only. These resources include census records, books, periodicals, Revolutionary War records, and family histories. You must have a library card to use this new feature. You must be a Jackson County resident, work or pay taxes in Jackson County for us to issue a library card to you.
