Meeting Rooms

Flexible Spaces for Community, Learning, and Collaboration

Meeting rooms are available for use by community organizations, civic groups, and individuals for educational, cultural, or public-interest events. Spaces are equipped with tables, chairs, and presentation technology when available.

Most rooms can be reserved in advance at no cost, though some special uses may require a nominal fee. Library-sponsored programs have scheduling priority, and all users are asked to follow library policies for respectful and responsible use.

Meeting rooms reflect the library’s role as a community hub—a place where people come together to share ideas, collaborate, and learn.
